925 Sterling Silver and Double Drop Seaglass Necklace

Slightly different to my usual seaglass pendants. Here I have married a long piece of clear seaglass with a pearl of plain polished silver making a sweet double drop necklace.
 
The seaglass is unusual in that it has a wire inclusion in it and the added silver drop really showcases the uniqueness of it. I have completely surrounded the glass with hallmarked sterling silver so the light bounces around the back and sides giving added dimension.
 
The pendant has a length of 4.5cm inclusive. The seaglass on its own is 2.7cm long. It’s 11.92mm at the widest and has a depth of 6.32mm.
 
All my seaglass has been collected from the Durham coastline. Each piece of seaglass is different so not only has your new necklace been handcrafted by me in my North Yorkshire studio, it’s completely one of a kind.
This pendant does not include any form of chain, you are just buying the pendant which has a bail that’s big enough for a chain upto approx 4mm wide. If however you prefer to receive your new pendant with a chain, within the listing choices you can select an optional 18” standard sterling silver trace chain at a small additional cost or you can visit the ‘just chains’ section of my website where you can browse my collection of handmade chains to complement the pendant or upgrade to a longer length trace as per your preference.
