Postage is provided free of charge within the UK
When you buy something online you are obviously very excited about receiving your item/s and its my aim to get them to you as quickly as possible so I will always try and post out your purchases within 24 hours. Most items will be sent by tracked 24 /48 but for higher value pieces I use Royal Mails next day tracked, insured and signed for service for extra piece of mind.
When completing your purchase, please do make sure you enter your address in full and double check it as I cannot take responsibility for addresses entered incorrectly. Unfortunately I cannot be held responsible for items that are lost in transit however I will do my utmost to help if this does happen & provide you with documents or evidence of postage / delivery ie tracking numbers etc so that you can raise a claim with the post office if you wish.

International
Due to GPSR regulations I currently only ship within the UK (excluding Ireland) and a small handful of worldwide destinations which accrues an additional cost to reflect postage fees. Buyers are completely responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Paul Stephenson Jewellery is not responsible for any delays due to customs. If you stumbled upon my website and you have seen one of my creations that you simply must have no matter what but I dont offer delivery to your desired location, then please do use the 'contact me' section and lets see what I can do to help.

Returns Policy
You spent a lot of time choosing your beautiful piece of jewellery but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 14 days so we can discuss whatever issues you may have. I do not accept returns or provide refunds for any custom made items.

How do I return my parcel?
If you decide within 14 days that you do wish to return the item you, as the buyer, are ultimately responsible for return postage costs. I recommend using a Royal Mail Track and Trace service to guarantee proof of delivery back to me as I will be unable to refund any items lost in the post or not delivered back to me.

Refunds will be issued as soon as the item is received. Please make sure your items are securely wrapped - it is your responsibility to ensure that items are returned to me in re-sale condition. If any item isn't received back in its original condition & in its original box and packaging this may result in a reduction in the amount of any refund given. Whilst I offer free postage on all items, when you return something I will need to deduct the value of the postage costs I originally paid.

What if my parcel/item arrives damaged or faulty?
When you purchase something expensive and unique like hand crafted jewellery you want piece of mind that you will receive it in the same condition as it was when it left my hands but sometimes things dont go quite according to plan and whilst occasionally I might be limited in what I can do I will always try my best to help.
If an item is damaged in transit, I will require photographic evidence of the item and damage by email to paul8124@googlemail.com so I can work with you to assess the situation, discuss options and take action. I send most parcels with tracking and insurance so if between us we decide to make a claim please bear with me as the Post Office will need time to investigate before any refunds or claims are approved. In most cases I would expect to refund you within 30 days.

I have received the wrong order what should I do?
Mistakes happen. I am a one man band and I am genuinely sorry if I sent you the wrong item. Get in touch and I will work with you to resolve the issue.
