Assay Hallmarked Sterling Silver Ovals & Heavyweight ‘Sweetheart’ Necklace 20”

This completely handmade solid silver chain incorporates a selection of individually soldered elongated ovals which secure with my bespoke hook fastener. 
It’s a sophisticated everyday chain which bears my full official London Assay hallmark on the link next to the clasp. Permanently adorning the central position of the chain is my hand wax carved and sandcast ‘sweetheart’ pendant which is made from solid silver. 
It’s a stunning necklace with a nice weight to it that looks fabulous worn on its own but also perfect when layered up with other pieces of jewellery or adorned with an oversized pendant. 
The links are made from hand forged round wire which is 1.5mm in diameter and each link is roughly 14mm long by 6.5mm wide. The heart is roughly 20mm long by 14mm thick so it’s a nice size & weight. 
 
The ovals necklace is 20” long and the whole necklace weighs a considerable 47.6g.
