925 Sterling Silver Medusa Necklace

If you’ve been watching my social media recently you’ve probably seen me creating all sorts of bespoke pieces. Typically unique or one of one designs are what I’m best know for as well as my big and bold styles.
For these pendants I’ve used a Medusa head impression die to create the design which I have then added to a dome back and framed with a looped silver wire border. I have oxidised the sterling silver to make it slightly blacker and to highlight the features. The finish is intensionally left more rustic than my usual work and with a less polished surface for that overall mythological look and feel. 
I’ve married together the pendant with an oval link 18” belcher chain that I feel fully compliments the look and style. The belcher includes my trademark hallmark tag attached to the traditional lobster claw clasp. As the pendant is not permanently attached to the chain you can choose to buy just the pendant or accompanied with a basic trace chain using the drop down menu as per your preference. The photos show the comparison of chains. 
Making the pendant from a mould gives the illusion of something more chunkier than it is. So this necklace won’t weigh you down despite it being all silver. The pendant is roughly 29mm long including the bail, 23mm diameter and 7.37mm thick. The pendant weighs around 5g and is made from 925 silver.
